Step 1:
Please submit a return or replacement request within 7 days of delivery for any incorrect, expired, or damaged products. For damaged or missing items, requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
Requests can be submitted via the online return form on our website or through our customer support chat, including your order and contact details.
Step 2:
Our team will review your request within 2 working days.
Step 3:
Upon approval, we will coordinate with our courier partner to arrange pickup of the product(s) from your location.
Step 4:
If pickup service is unavailable in your area, you will be required to dispatch the product(s) to us via a reliable courier service. Shipping charges incurred will be reimbursed as Store credits after receipt of the items.
Step 5:
Once the returned product(s) are received and inspected at our warehouse, we will proceed with either a replacement or refund, subject to stock availability.
Step 6:
Replacements or exchanges will be dispatched and delivered within 7 to 10 business days following product verification.
Products received are incorrect or do not match the order
Products or packaging are damaged, including signs of tampering
Order is incomplete or items are missing
Products that have been opened, used, or altered
Items missing original packaging such as cartons and labels
Requests submitted beyond 7 days from the delivery date
Damaged or missing product claims reported after 2 days from delivery
Upon approval, product pickup will be arranged within 5 to 7 business days.
Returned products undergo quality inspection at our warehouse.
Refunds or replacements are processed only after successful verification.
Orders may be canceled via the Cancel button on the order details page in your account, provided the order status is not yet marked as Ready to Ship.
Please provide a reason for cancellation when submitting your request.
For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days following product approval.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be credited via bank transfer upon receipt of your bank details, typically within 7 business days post approval.
Please note that the complete return and refund process generally takes up to 2 weeks from the date of product pickup.
Partial returns are accepted for eligible products within 7 days of delivery.
